Ballard Spahr LLP, a national law firm with 13 offices across the United States is seeking a Trainer who will be responsible for conducting new hire training, training on new applications and application upgrades. This position will also be responsible for the development of IS training materials and documentation as well as floor support and QA testing of applications.
The selected individual will be self-motivated with strong customer service and team building skills, have an exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills and solid communication skills. The ability to work independently, set priorities and manage multiple deadlines is essential.

The Trainer will have a college degree and a minimum of 3 years of application training and documentation development experience in a legal environment or a combination of education and relevant work experience. Expert knowledge level of Microsoft Windows, MS Office and a document management system is required (FileSite preferred). Knowledge of Captivate software a plus.
