Hunton & Williams LLP, a global law firm, is actively recruiting a Marketing Technology Data Coordinator for its Richmond office. This position performs administrative work with a high degree of proficiency in the firm’s business intelligence systems – InterAction and MIS. Additionally, the position works with the Marketing Technology team and others to promote business development initiatives and activities.
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years of prior database systems experience, preferably in a legal environment. Ability to learn new and complex system applications. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe and other applications as required.
Other Minimum Qualification: Ability to work well under pressure, patience, diplomacy, high stress tolerance, excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing conditions. Visual acuity needed for transcription, extensive reading and input (typing) of information into computer. Ability to receive and convey detailed information through oral communication. Essential competency processes include language ability, reasoning and memory.
