We are seeking a Tech Support Rep/Office Services in our St. Louis, Missouri office. This position will respond to walk-in, phone and emailed requests for technical assistance with the St. Louis office servers, computers, networks, desk phones, cellular devices and software. This position will identify problems, troubleshoot and resolve issues or route work orders to the appropriate individuals for resolution. Works and communicates with the nationwide IT team to effectively and efficiently support all St. Louis users and systems.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
Positive and hard-working attitude and exceptional customer service skills required
AA or BA/BS degree in an IT related field, equivalent work experience or MCTS/MCDST/MCP certification required
6+ months help desk experience in a professional environment preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 applications and the Windows 7 operating system
Ability to work overtime, as required
Ability to assume before and after normal hours on-call support duties, as required, and
