The positions require between 1-3 years of experience (Paralegal I) and 4 or more years of experience (Paralegal II) with the family-based immigration system. Experience should include preparation of adjustment and visa applications and waiver packages, and resolving issues with USCIS, the NVC and consulates. You must possess excellent attention to detail, strong communications and computer skills, and be fluent in Spanish. Some telecommuting will be allowed. Salary depends on experience.
