Our Atlanta, GA office has an opportunity for an Immigration Paralegal with employment-based immigration experience and specific knowledge of PERM labor certifications to join the firm’s expanding practice. Our immigration practice group employs over 53 immigration attorneys and over 95 paraprofessionals.

Summary of Position:
The Immigration Paralegal duties will include preparation and filing of petitions, visa applications and labor certification applications. Our outstanding paralegals also compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with multiple employees.
3+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment.
Knowledge of PERM labor certification applications is required.
Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and document/case management systems.
Outstanding case management and organizational skills are required.
Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
Able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals.
Paralegal certification or degree from accredited college or university is preferred.
