The Immigration Law Group (ILG) of Epstein Becker & Green (EBG), a leading national law firm, is seeking a legal Team Support Specialist with a minimum of two years’ experience to work at our client onsite location in Seattle, Washington. This position will provide general administrative and business immigration support for, and will be under the direct supervision of, the ILG’s legal team.
Work as liaison between the ILG, its client and the client’s employees for all immigration petitions
Identify and flag petitions and/or cases that require urgent attention
Work with the client’s Global Immigration Team (GIT) and/or employees as needed to facilitate the preparation of immigration applications, and respond to employee and organizational immigration concerns.
Organize and attend GIT immigration presentations to employees, and meet with employees to secure the information necessary to address their concerns;
Work with GIT to develop and modify immigration resource materials for employees
Deliver highest standards of service in any customer interaction and ensure an accurate, efficient & personalized resolution of queries through effective usage of systems, tools & resources.
Adhere to defined processes and ensure delivery in accordance with set quality standards
Monitor status of cases, track expiration dates, run reports
Undertake independent projects as instructed
Proficient knowledge with MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to interface with employees, recruiters, HR, managers as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to multi-task

Additional Salary Information: Salary is commensurate with experience.
