Kopka Pinkus Dolin, a multi-location law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Office Administrator for our Carmel, Indiana office. Primary responsibilities include recruitment and hiring, on-boarding and training, thorough knowledge of Benefits administration, supervision of staff, performance evaluations, management of workflow, facilities management, professional quality management and oversight of day-to-day operation of offices.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of law or professional service firm management experience. The candidate must have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and planning skills, and will have the ability to motivate people and nurture a team environment. Knowledge of Aderant Total Office is a plus. The Office Administrator reports to the Director of Operations in our Buffalo Grove, Illinois office.
