Job Summary TKD is seeking a part-time Immigration Paralegal (roughly 20-25 hours per week) to work with a dynamic business immigration team. Duties include assistance with case processing, preparing forms, support letters and Firm correspondence, drafting basic e-mails and letters, and other duties as assigned. Prior experience as an Immigration Paralegal required. This position offers the possibility of working remotely.
Preparation of all nonimmigrant petitions including H L E O TN and R petitions.
Prepare immigrant petitions, including extraordinary ability, multinational manager/executive and National Interest Waivers.
Preparation of family based applications including marriage based cases and other family based cases.
Preparation of I140 immigration petitions, assist in PERM applications, prepare I-485 and ancillary applications.
Review and prepare nonimmigrant petitions and applications, including O-1 visas
Compensation Compensation is commensurate with experience.

3-5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal handling all types of business immigration matters
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, efficient and reliable
Maintains a “can do” attitude and maintain a positive team player mentality
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
