This position is a full-time position reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. The Business Development Analyst tracks and analyzes data and trends, and provides the actionable intelligence that guides marketing strategy. This position drives enhanced client service and new business development through the identification of opportunities to grow existing clients and attract new work. Duties of the Business Development Analyst include but are not limited to: analyzing financial metrics, pursuing RFP opportunities, maintaining knowledge of key client relationships and industries, including legal, business, and industry trends, and assisting in developing comprehensive, quantifiable, and creative business development strategies that result in enhanced client relationships
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of research, data reporting/analysis, competitive intelligence, or professional services marketing experience. A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Candidates should have strong administrative and organizational skills and strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with WordPress, Microsoft Dynamics, and email campaign tools is a plus. The ideal candidate will have polished oral and written communication skills and must be extremely detail oriented. The successful applicant will have an understanding of the role of the Marketing Department within a full-service law firm environment.
