Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner is seeking a Legal Recruiting Administrator to join our New York office and manage law student, entry-level and lateral lawyer recruiting.
The Legal Recruiting Administrator will work closely with firm leaders, including the Office Managing Partner, Practice Group Leaders, Partners and the Legal Recruiting & Development Director to identify hiring needs and execute recruiting initiatives. The Administrator will create and lead the New York office’s Summer Associate Program. This position will also support lateral partner recruiting in the U.S.
Qualified professionals will have a few years of experience in law firm recruiting, or equivalent experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

•Bachelor’s Degree is required. •Minimum three (3) years recruiting experience at a law firm, preferably a large multi-office firm, or equivalent experience in a professional services or law school career services department. •Experience with viRecruit or similar recruiting program is preferred.
