Heavy Calendaring and Administrative duties (copying, scanning, filing)
Knowledge on using client software program
Understanding of the State and Appellate courts Proofing and editing documents Pull relevant documents, proofread papers, organize exhibits and create documents in preparation of motion filing. Cite Checking Entering billable time Preparation and filing of all court documents. Create, bind and distribute both file and courtesy copies Organize exhibits, files and all other supporting documents
Must be able to begin work at 8am
3-4 year experience necessary in order to perform jub duties
Organization and detail is a must
Computer skills is a must (Mac Preferred)
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be able to work as a team and individually
College degree is preferred
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
