Spiegel & McDiarmid LLP seeks an exceptional experienced IT Systems Support and Integration Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in a professional services environment servicing 30 to 100 end users to join its IT team. Your primary focus will be to provide top quality, high-end user support and integration of all office systems while working independently and collaboratively with attorneys, support staff, management, consultants and the IT team.
As a systems support analyst, you possess a team lead mentality and have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills as well as have a penchant for detail, communications and are solution driven to streamline systems and enhance user experiences. As a systems integration analyst, you utilize advanced technical experience and problem-solving skills to evaluate, pitch and develop processes to implement upgrades in the professional services environment.
Five (5) years plus hands-on expert experience on high-end user support and desk-top support administration working with Microsoft Office Applications, Windows and legal applications.
Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible hands-on integration experience, plus a minimum of three (3) years in a medium sized law firm or professional services environment, ideally with exceptional strength in supporting desktop configurations and integrations with legal applications, particularly with Windows 7/10, MS Office 2010/16, OpenText DM 10/16, Workshare, Adobe, and Citrix including with custom law firm applications and templates.
Experience with SQL server database administration and Exchange server administration is a plus.
Available to work routinely Monday-Friday in an office environment and assist on-call periodically, including weekends and evenings when required or scheduled.
