Manage visa initiations and document collection with internal agents across the organization and/or international Mother Agents;
Review and prepare talent tearsheets;
Coordinate additional document requests;
Draft recommendation and client letters;
Create internal company documents including company cover sheets, itineraries, approval notification letters;
Research fashion brands and their reputations in the industry;
Update and maintain case status report; and
Administrative duties including printing, copying, scanning and mailing of petitions.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study;
3 – 4 years of immigration experience;
Experience preparing O-1s within fashion/entertainment industries a plus;
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills;
Excellent organization skills, problem solving and attention to detail;
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced office environment;
Maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality; and
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
