Ensures all e-discovery projects conform to company quality standards by prioritizing and completing jobs, setting goals for job completion, monitoring progress of job assignments, and scheduled deliveries. Performs other job related duties as assigned by management.

Salary Range: $70K to $75K
Inventory, filter, and process data in Relativity.
Load, export and produce data as requested by the firm.
Monitor email requests received from firm. Acknowledge receipt and coordinate efforts/work to be performed.
Provide training to team members new to the document review process.
Attend eDiscovery meetings (internal and client facing) as requested by the case teams.
Task tracking and time tracking.
Schedule, document and follow-up on project-related meetings with firm.
Complete substantive project management tasks as assigned by the firm.
Develop and update organizational reports to benefit the case/project.
Provide internal team and external project team status reporting.
Complete administrative and project-centric forms.
Support the firm with complex duties as needed
Education: College Degree or equivalent.
Experience: Two years project management or paralegal experience.
Computer skills must include: intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office; capacity to quickly acquire knowledge related to software, hardware and processes.
Knowledge of Relativity workflows including adding users, user groups, creating clients, matters, modifying layouts and creating workspaces.
Ability to create searches and filters within Relativity to isolate documents as requested by the case team.
Knowledge of project management processes, practices and tools; database functions, such as loading, exporting and producing data; and knowledge of legal/electronic discovery industry are all pluses.
Ability to manage client deliverables and timelines, as assigned, with a sense of urgency and a focus on quality.
May required client-facing responsibilities (i.e. coordinating with client on deliverables).
